How to Join
To apply for membership simply sign up and (optionally) create your iED member account as noted below. General membership is open to the public. Academic and business membership is open to the global academic and business communities but restricted to organizations and individuals that either A) have experience using immersive teaching or training technologies, or B) plan to utilize immersive technologies in the immediate future.
General Membership
General membership is open to the public. General membership provides members with periodic email updates, news and announcements. If you would like to receive periodic Immersive Education updates, news items and announcements directly in your email inbox (even before you become a full academic or business member) sign up now using any email address that you'd like:
In addition to the same periodic email updates, news items and announcements that general members receive, academic and business members are granted access to member-only materials and resources and may participate in a variety of special invitation-only meetings, events, community groups, discussion forums, technology working groups, and many other members-only events and activities.
Please note that your academic and business membership will be automatically converted to a general membership if you do not use your academic or business email address when you sign up below (you can, however, use any email address that you'd like to receive general iED news and updates using the sign-up button above).
